As part of our commitment to operate environmentally friendly, Celeste has introduced several measures:
Recycling – everything that can be recycled is recycled. We also recycle green, clear and brown glassware separately to cardboard and general waste.
Eco-Friendly – we use Ecowash to ensure appropriate chemicals for appropriate tasks. All cleaning machinery and manual cleaning is done using Ecowash products.
Food Health & Safety Requirements – we ensure all the premises we manage comply with Local Government and Food Health & Safety Authority requirements. We regularly receive 5-Star-Ratings (5 being the highest) from Food Health and Safety Inspectors.
Gold Licence Accreditation – our premises undergo additional rigorous inspections each year to renew our Gold Licence Accreditation.
Fresh Food – all our food is freshly prepared for each event, either on site or at our state of the art commercial kitchens in Sydney and Perth. Our chefs ensure all our menu items are produced according to our standards.
